We are honoured to announce that lan will be retiring as of April 30, 2025, as he transitions into a well-deserved chapter filled with his many other passions. Rest assured, any ongoing files will continue to be managed with the expertise, care, and dedication that you have come to expect.

As we look to the future, we are pleased to share that Rena Sutherland will continue to oversee the administrative process, ensuring seamless support, while Jennifer Madgett will carry forward in her role as Vice President & Senior Lease Consultant. Jennifer has 10 years of intensive training from lan, and she is now the leading industry expert in our view.

We are proudly partnered with ROl Corporation, widely recognized as a leader in dental practice appraisal and brokerage services. Dr. Drew Markham will serve as the lead partner, with support from Timothy Brown and their national team of dedicated Associates. This partnership strengthens our ability to provide you with even greater value and a broader range of services.
