Timothy A. Brown and Dr. Drew Markham are pleased to announce that Jennifer Madgett has accepted the role of Broker of Record for Realty Lease Consultants Inc., Brokerage (RLCI).

After 10 years of service in the professions and analyzing over 10,000 premises leases, Jennifer has been promoted to the most Senior regulatory role at RLCI.

Timothy consults with Jennifer frequently about the Landemic™ and how impaired leases can severely impact the value of a professional practice.

Drew remarks, "Jennifer can help identify and eliminate punitive clauses in old leases, new leases initiations, and, most urgently, renewal proposals created by landlords."
