2. If nearing a renewal notice period (typically 6 months before end of current term), DO NOT miss this critical date!
3. If your landlord has sent you a new lease, or renewal agreement, DO NOT sign anything without a professional review.

5. Consider placing an Appraisal on your practice now so that you know it’s value.
6. You may have a great lease, or an impaired lease. Just know where you stand.
